Job Summary
Under general supervision of the Director, provide support for multi-center, multi-year studies at the Emergency Medicine Network Coordinating Center. Following established policies and study protocols, assist with recruiting, evaluating, and consenting patients; collect and organize patient data; schedule visits; perform clinical tests such as phlebotomy and EKGs; and maintain study data. Review proposals for sponsor compliance, verify study form accuracy, prepare data for analysis, document patient visits, and assist with regulatory submissions and QA/QC procedures. This role focuses on prospective cohort studies, the National ED Inventories, and research on prehospital and emergency department systems of care.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Related Field of Study
- Working knowledge of clinical research protocols
