Job Summary
Conduct daily clinical operations of assigned research studies, coordinating patient enrollment, scheduling visits, and maintaining accurate documentation. Review medical records for eligibility, initiate enrollment, and ensure informed consent while tracking patient procedures and laboratory samples. Act as protocol liaison with clinical teams and providers, prepare monitoring visits, and resolve study queries. Identify and confirm billable activities, assist with finance reviews, and perform case report form data entry. May travel to UW Medical Center to coordinate patient visits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two to three years' experience in a clinical research or cancer registry environment with regulatory or human research protections
- Knowledge of clinical trials records, procedures, and computerized data processing systems
- Demonstrated knowledge of how to synthesize study conduct
- May travel from South Lake Union campus on shuttle to UW Medical Center (UWMC) Montlake to coordinate patient visits
