Job Summary
Clinical Research Coordinator II responsible for screening, enrolling and closely monitoring clinical study subjects using Good Clinical Practices (GCP) to ensure protocol and regulatory compliance. Key duties include prescreening candidates, obtaining informed consent, conducting study visits and procedures (blood draws, vital signs, ECGs), data entry in paper or e-source systems, managing regulatory documents, assisting in recruitment planning and materials, coordinating pre-study and monitor visits, mentoring CRC I, identifying adverse events (AEs/SAEs) and communicating with investigators and Sponsor/CRO personnel. Requires strong knowledge of FDA/ICH regulations, regulatory documentation, and the ability to work independently onsite with up to 10% travel; preparation for Investigator meetings and collaboration with a diverse team; salary range $60,000-$90,000, relocation support provided, and Bachelor’s degree preferred with 3 years of CRC experience and phlebotomy certifications where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- A minimum of 3 years prior Clinical Research Coordinator experience required
- Recent phlebotomy experience required
- Licenses: California based roles require National phlebotomy certification; Louisiana based roles require National phlebotomy certification; Washington based roles require National phlebotomy certification; Nevada based roles require Laboratory Assistant certification
