Job Summary

Maintain data for research projects by completing source documents, case report forms, and data entry. Assist with patient recruitment through medical record reviews, screenings, interviews, and QOL questionnaires. Collect study specimens including phlebotomy, processing, and shipping preparation. Coordinate services, schedule procedures, create case packages, and monitor charges. Order and maintain equipment and supplies while attending study meetings. Track regulatory submissions and support quality assurance activities. This role supports clinical research training requirements through Emory Healthcare, with flexible remote work options and a weekly commute schedule based on department needs. Residency in Georgia is required.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • three years of administrative support experience
  • two years of college in a scientific, health related, or business administration program
  • one year of admin support or customer service experience
  • licensed as a practical nurse (LPN)
  • one year admin support
  • one year of licensed practical nursing experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Master's degree
  • MD or PhD in a scientific, health related or business administration program
  • residency in the state of GA
