Job Summary

Review study candidates' medical records for eligibility, initiate scheduling for clinic and ongoing visits, and attend participant visits to ensure protocol-specific activities are completed. Manage study drug self-administration, perform non-clinical ECGs, administer questionnaires, and serve as the liaison for Investigational Drug Services. Coordinate research protocols within Fred Hutch and UW clinic settings, document activities in Epic EHR, eReg, and CTMS, and respond to data queries from monitors. Identify and report adverse events, transport laboratory samples, and provide back-up for Data Coordinators and other Clinical Research Coordinators. This two-year paid training program includes onboarding, monthly professional development, and mentorship. Year 2 participants join either a Research Administration or Higher Education cohort for operations shadowing or graduate school application support.

Desired Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of research or related experience
  • Previous experience in oncology research
