Job Summary
Independently coordinate research and administrative tasks for one or more studies, working with investigators and supervisors to address study-related issues. Support department financial performance through budgeting, billing, and as directed. Back up other coordinators as needed. The Senior role may include developing specialized research instruments, assisting with scientific manuscripts or presentations, and entails regular after-hours support, occasional on-call work, and occasional overnight business travel. This combined posting considers candidates with qualifications for either the Clinical or Senior Clinical Research Coordinator position. Both roles are based in Seattle, WA, with salary ranges starting at $33.05 and $37.17 respectively.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in Science, Healthcare, or other related field or significant experience in research coordination may be substituted for educational requirements
- 3 years of experience in related area
- Within 60 days of hire: Washington Medical Assistant Registration
- 5 years of experience in related area
Desired Qualifications
- Upon hire: Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC) or similar professional research certification
- Bachelor's Degree preferred fields: Science, Healthcare, or other related field or significant experience in research coordination may be substituted for educational requirements
