Job Summary
Coordinate multiple oncology clinical research studies simultaneously, providing guidance and operational training to junior staff, trainees, and temporary personnel. Collect, review, validate, and enter research data into approved electronic systems while supporting informed consent activities and participant screening. Monitor study progress, report adverse events, and ensure protocol-required events are completed within defined visit windows. Maintain inspection-ready documentation, manage regulatory submissions to IRBs and authorities, and support compliance with federal regulations and ICH-GCP standards. This full-time, on-site role in Bethesda, MD requires a Bachelor's degree in nursing or health sciences with one year of clinical trial experience and the ability to obtain a Federal or DoD public trust clearance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing, health sciences, public health, clinical research, or related field
- Minimum of ONE (1) year of experience supporting clinical trials from startup through closeout
- Experience supporting oncology clinical trials and clinical research operations
- Knowledge of FDA regulations ICH-GCP, human subjects protection, and clinical trial methodology
- Experience with electronic medical records, clinical trial management systems, and electronic data capture platforms
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD 'public trust'
- Candidates must receive approved adjudication prior to onboarding with Guidehouse
