Job Summary
Clinical Research Coordinator responsible for oversight and conduct of clinical studies, ensuring compliance, quality, and profitability. Manage on-time, defect-free execution and collaborate with support divisions (data management, statistics, recruitment) to meet timelines. Organize study initiation and review meetings, facilitate ongoing study reviews, and address client issues. Build client relationships to generate additional business, craft and edit reports, and maintain budgeting/expense control at the total and study level. Willing to work evenings and weekends. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or BSN); industry knowledge and strong organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills; excellent written and spoken communication; ability to work with minimal supervision; flexible hours. Clinical Research experience is useful but not required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or BSN required
- Industry experience and knowledge of medical terminology preferred
- Demonstrated organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills required
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work without close supervision
- Flex hours required for study conduct
- Clinical Research experience useful, but not required
