Job Summary
Clinical Research Coordinator responsible for all administrative aspects of clinical trials across multiple dermatology clinics, including subject recruitment, screening and enrollment, informed consent, data extraction and entry, maintenance of source documents and case report forms, site monitoring, adverse event documentation and reporting, and assisting physicians with procedures. Travel to oversee studies at multiple sites is required. Will ensure studies are conducted per protocol, GCP, ICH, and FDA guidelines, and maintain study timelines, IRB compliance, and accurate study folders. Also involved in patient education, documentation, and coordination with PI/sub-I and director; train other team members on study protocols and visits. Requires excellent communication, organization, and computer literacy, with ability to work in a fast-paced clinical research environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required. Health Sciences background preferred.
- 3 years prior experience in clinical research; knowledge of phlebotomy techniques.
- Knowledge of IRB regulatory submission process, GCPs, and CFR related to research.
- Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC) designation a plus.
