Job Summary

Manage all aspects of conducting clinical trials including screening, enrollment, subject follow-up, and completion of case report forms and adverse event reports. Recruit and interview potential study patients with guidance from the Principal Investigator, collect and process specimens using aseptic techniques, and coordinate study conduct from startup through closeout. Educate patients on procedures and visit schedules, perform assessments at visits, and monitor for adverse events. Organize site visits from sponsors, ensure Standard Operating Procedures are implemented, and maintain accurate records including informed consent and drug dispensing logs. Independently prepare IRB submissions and participate in program audits while ensuring compliance with federal regulations and sponsor protocols.

Required Qualifications

  • college or university degree in related field
  • 2-5 years of work experience in a related job discipline
  • Drug Test Required
  • Health Screen Required

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree
  • Clinical research experience or relevant experience
  • Coordinating multiple studies, such as investigator initiated, industry sponsored, and multi-site trials
