Job Summary
Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) supports planning and implementation of clinical research studies within the Oncology Research Operations team. Balances patient visits, data entry, and clerical tasks while ensuring protocol expectations are met and executed. Works closely with the research team to assist with planning, coordination, and execution of clinical trials, with pediatric patient care experience preferred. Requires strong communication, attention to detail, organization, basic medical terminology, and proficiency with Outlook. Applicants should hold Associate or Bachelor degree (or 4 years of clinical research experience in lieu of education) and BLS; PALS recommended. This role is based at Cook Children's Health Care System in Fort Worth, TX, and involves standard full-time hours in a Medical Center Office Building setting.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years of Clinical Research Experience in lieu of education
- BLS certification required; PALS recommended
- Proficient in Outlook and schedule management
- Basic Medical Terminology
- Excellent written, oral & team communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Experience with pediatric populations preferred
- Clinical trial data entry and clerical support
- Ability to balance patient visits with administrative tasks
- Team-oriented
- STEM/Healthcare background preferred
- 40 hours per week
