Job Summary
Delivers quality, timely monitoring reports for sponsor approval and maintains expense submissions per guidelines. Monitors clinical studies remotely or onsite with a focus on data integrity and patient safety, planning daily activities and setting priorities per site. Conducts on-site qualification, study initiation, interim, and close-out monitoring visits while maintaining the Trial Master File in accordance with ICH/GCP Section 8. Reviews site documents to verify accuracy and completeness. Requires a degree in clinical science or a licensed health-care professional with at least one year of independent monitoring experience, ideally across Neurology, Oncology, and Dermatology for Phase II & III studies. Fully remote roles are available, ideally based in central Poland, with a minimum annualized starting base pay of 113,000 PLN.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree or its international equivalent in clinical, science, or health-related field from an accredited institution
- a licensed health-care professional (i.e., registered nurse)
- equivalent work experience
- Previous clinical research experience
- at least 1 year of independent monitoring
- Experience working across all, if not some, of the following therapy areas; Neurology, Oncology, and Dermatology
- Experience at supporting Phase II & III studies
- The role can be offered as fully remote
- applications will ideally be based in central Poland
