Job Summary
Conduct site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, and close-out visits for oncology and hematology studies. Provide mentoring to less experienced CRAs and site staff, document visit findings, and assess protocol adherence through source document verification. Review CRFs, resolve data queries, and ensure site compliance with IP receipt and TMF filing. Monitor subject safety and informed consent while maintaining detailed written reports. Requires 2+ years of CRA experience, a university degree or nursing background, and proficiency in CTMS and EDC systems. Travel is required.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate
- 4-year university degree or RN/BSN in Nursing
- Experience in Oncology and Hematology
- Willingness to travel

- Superior organizational skills with attention to details
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS and EDC Systems
