Job Summary
Conduct site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, site management, and close-out visits for neurology and oncology studies. Provide mentoring to less experienced CRAs and site staff, document visit findings, and assess protocol adherence. Review source documents for compliance and data veracity, resolve CRF queries, and update Trial Master File documentation. Ensure site compliance with IP receipt and accountability while conducting accompanied visits for assessment or training. Review subject safety information and informed consent. Requires 2+ years of CRA experience, proficiency in CTMS and EDC systems, and willingness to travel.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate
- 4-year university degree or RN/BSN in Nursing
- Experience in Neurology, Oncology and Hematology
- Willingness to travel
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English
- Superior organizational skills with attention to details
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS and EDC Systems
