Clinical Research Associate (level dependent on experience)

Conduct site visits including pre-study, initiation, interim monitoring, and close-out while completing deliverables within timelines and adhering to regulatory requirements. Assist with study start-up activities, oversee site selection, and create subject enrollment strategies for assigned locations. Perform remote monitoring, manage investigational product accountability, and track subject status, case report forms, and source documents. Collect regulatory documents, participate in team meetings, and provide ongoing site status updates to the Clinical Project Manager. Requires 3-5 years of clinical research experience in Germany with fluent English proficiency.
