Job Summary
Conduct site visits for selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out in alignment with Good Clinical Practice and ICH guidelines. Collaborate with site staff to implement recruitment strategies, deliver protocol training, and assess adherence to ensure data integrity. Monitor study progress by tracking regulatory submissions, enrollment, and case report form completion while maintaining essential documents in Trial Master and Investigator Site Files. Document all site management activities and follow-up actions through detailed reports. This role requires at least one year of on-site monitoring experience, with a preference for oncology solid tumor backgrounds. Based in Philadelphia, the position offers a base pay range of $71,900 to $169,300 annually. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or health-related field (or equivalent experience)
- At least 1 year of on-site monitoring experience
- Strong understanding of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements
- Ability to travel as required by the project
- Must have experience monitoring in oncology solid tumor
