Job Summary

Conduct all site monitoring visit activities, including PSV, SIV, IMV, and COV, ensuring site adherence to protocol, FDA guidelines, and Rho SOPs. Manage required documentation to maintain audit readiness for Rho, the Sponsor, or regulatory agencies. Participate in site selection, protocol review, and the RFP process while providing feedback to resolve site deficiencies. Mentor junior team members and present at investigator meetings and conferences. Perform both onsite and remote monitoring and study closure activities across multiple protocols. This remote role requires a 1-hour commute from a US metropolitan airport with 8-10 site visits per month (up to 80% travel).

Required Qualifications

  • BA/BS, preferably in a life science, nursing, pharmacy or related field
  • approximately 2 years (CRA II) or 4-5 years+ (Senior CRA) of on-site monitoring experience within the CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industry
  • demonstrated understanding of medical/therapeutic area knowledge and medical terminology required for comprehension and execution of clinical protocol
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and use of EDC systems
  • Demonstrate written, verbal and presentation skills
