Clinical Research Associate II

Initiate and independently oversee clinical centers to ensure active studies follow protocols and regulatory standards. Qualify, train, and monitor study sites while communicating directly with investigators to maximize enrollment and ensure timely, accurate data capture. Conduct remote and on-site monitoring visits to verify patient safety and appropriate study management, preparing visit reports and follow-up letters. Assist centers with IRB/EC submissions, develop monitoring plans, and maintain tracking tools for each study. Travel up to 30% of the time to support site activities.
