Job Summary
Clinical Research Associate I/II/Senior-FSP at Parexel responsible for start-up and maintenance activities across clinical sites, including feasibility and site qualification, NDA/CSAs/ICF translations, IRB/IEC and MoH submissions, TMF management, CTMS updates, site training, and ongoing monitoring. Key activities include preparing regulatory documents, ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP, coordinating remote and on-site visits, addressing site issues, managing patient recruitment and retention plans, and collaborating with investigators and sponsor teams. Requires problem-solving, independent work, strong presentation and communication skills, proficiency with CTMS/EDMS and MS Office, and willingness to travel; education in biological sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or related health field is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Educated to degree level (biological science, pharmacy, or other health-related discipline preferred) or equivalent nursing qualification or other equivalent experience
