Job Summary
Coordinate and schedule subject visits within study windows per protocol guidelines. Prepare visit-specific documentation and charts for the Clinical Research Coordinator. Inform subjects, obtain written consent, and administer mandatory questionnaires. Assist in patient care, monitor subject flow, and collect data including demographics, adverse events, and concomitant medications. Transcribe study information to Electronic Case Report Forms and set up, prepare, and conduct electrocardiograms as required. Scribe ocular exams, perform intraocular pressure checks post-injections, and conduct trial frame refraction and ETDRS visual acuity testing. Collect, process, and ship laboratory biological samples. Review and resolve data management queries and promptly request medical records for Serious Adverse Event Reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- 4 years of ophthalmic experience in lieu of degree
- at least 4 years of ophthalmic experience

- Commnucates well both verbally and electronically; email, MS Teams, etc.
