Job Summary
Obtain informed consent, complete visit procedures, and collect/process specimens per protocol under CRC direction. Schedule participant visits, request medical records, and conduct basic clinical procedures including blood draws and vital signs. Record data legibly, update trackers, and assist with recruitment via phone screenings and outreach material preparation. Resolve queries, maintain site logs, manage inventory, and handle administrative tasks like scanning and filing. Interact professionally with patients, sponsors, and investigators while adhering to FDA regulations and Good Clinical Practices. Bilingual in Spanish required.

- A minimum of 1-year recent working experience as a Medical Assistant, EMT, LPN, Clinical Research Assistant or Phlebotomist
- Phlebotomy Experience and Proficiency
- Ability to use keyboards and other computer equipment
- Regularly planned travel within the region
- Overnight travel <10%
