Job Summary
Clinical Research Assistant position is an entry-level role supporting the Care Access Research process. Responsibilities include recruitment and pre-screening events, outreach material preparation, identifying potential participants from records and screenings, scheduling visits, obtaining informed consent under supervision, collecting and processing specimens, data entry, maintaining site logs, inventory/orders, and ensuring adherence to FDA regulations and ICH/GCP guidelines. Requires Spanish bilingual ability, independent work capability, strong communication and organizational skills, and familiarity with medical/research terminology. On-site role with regional travel in Florida; salary range $19.00–$33.00 per hour for full-time employees.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish required
- A minimum of 1-year recent working experience as a Medical Assistant, EMT, LPN, Clinical Research Assistant or Phlebotomist
- Phlebotomy Experience and Proficiency Required
- Some Clinical Research experience preferred
- Ability and willingness to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
