Clinical Registered Nurse Supervisor RN- Coronary Care Unit Intermediate

Support administrative responsibility for Coronary Care Unit service functions by developing departmental plans, conducting orientation and training, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Direct, supervise, and evaluate personnel while performing direct patient care as needed, ensuring efficient use of time, equipment, and staff. Continually assess care and direct staff to make immediate changes in the plan of care. Assume full administrative scope of the unit in the absence of the unit Director or Manager. This role involves nights shifts (7p-7a) at Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston, ME. The Clinical Nursing Supervisor supports the Department Director in daily operations, ensuring quality of staff and functions during their shift.
