Job Summary
Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated care, and provide direct patient care as needed. Serve as a resource for fellow staff and support them with complex patient needs, contributing to the patient’s recovery milestones.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
Desired Qualifications
- RN license in state where practicing
- CPR certification
- ACLS certification (preferred)
- CRRN certification (preferred)
- 1 year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting (preferred)
