Job Summary
Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to facilitate recovery. Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understand individual needs, and ensure coordinated care by collaborating with multiple departments. Provide direct patient care when needed, serve as a resource for fellow staff with complex needs, and celebrate patient milestones as they progress in rehabilitation. This role emphasizes compassionate, individualized nursing within a nationally recognized inpatient rehabilitation setting, with opportunities for professional growth and education.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- one year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting preferred
