Job Summary
Manage individualized patient care by promoting and restoring health in accordance with medical and nursing plans of care and established policies. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to develop, execute, and evaluate the multidisciplinary plan of care. Assume full patient assignments to plan, analyze, intervene, and set goals for patient care. Provide nursing services to patients and families within the scope of the RN as defined by the Virginia Board of Nursing while maintaining a safe care environment.
