Job Summary
The Clinical Registered Nurse (RN) II provides individualized patient care in accordance with medical and nursing plans of care and established policies; collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to develop, execute, and evaluate the plan of care; assumes a full patient assignment, plans/analyzes/intervenes, and sets goals for patient care per the nursing scope defined by the Virginia Board of Nursing; maintains a safe care environment and delivers quality care for patients and families at Pearson Cancer Center.
