Clinical Registered Nurse II (LGH B21 Ortho, PT, 7p-7a)

Clinical Registered Nurse II responsible for managing individualized patient care in accordance with nursing plans of care and established policies. Collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary team to develop, execute, and evaluate the plan of care. Assumes full patient assignment, plans and evaluates care, and delivers nursing services to patients and families in line with the Virginia Board of Nursing scope. Maintains a safe care environment and delivers high-quality care in the Ortho service line (LGH B21) with an emphasis on patient-centered management during 7p-7a shifts.
