Clinical Registered Nurse

Assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team of therapists and physicians. Educate patients and families on recovery goals, monitor progress, and ensure documentation complies with clinical and regulatory standards.
