Clinical Registered Nurse Coordinator- General Pediatrics

Coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum using evidence-based practice and clinical decision-making. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to advocate for patient needs and uphold professional practice standards. Provide day shift coverage Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm, with an expectation of providing additional coverage where needed, including changes to shift hours and locations.
