Clinical - Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care to patients and families, coordinates with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery, assists physicians with clinical procedures, conducts telephone triage when needed, and participates in patient teaching. Responsibilities include directing licensed practical nurses and other staff, performing routine and occasional heavy patient handling, and maintaining standards of practice in a medical office/hospital setting. Key skills include patient assessment, care coordination, clinical procedures support, telephone triage, patient education, documentation, teamwork with physicians and other providers, and adherence to safety and infection-control practices.
