Job Summary
High-volume clinical recruiter responsible for end-to-end recruitment of clinical hourly positions in healthcare, including posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers; manages many requisitions simultaneously, builds pipelines of active and passive candidates, schedules interviews with hiring managers, utilizes job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, ensures compliant documentation, and provides an exceptional candidate experience while tracking recruitment metrics and advising hiring leaders on market trends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably within the healthcare industry
