Job Summary
Clinically screen and assess Healthcare Professionals via phone, video, or in-person for the Avant Healthcare Program, reviewing their nursing experience and skills against US standards. Create and develop scenario-based assessment tools to identify deficiencies, then identify each HCP's skill set to recommend appropriate clinical settings and trauma levels. Complete the required daily assessments to meet KPIs while tracking communication with Recruitment Operations and maintaining the skills database by country, facility, and unit. Submit reports, escalate issues, and update team documents as needed. Maintain a valid Florida RN license, HIPAA certification, and ability to travel internationally.
Required Qualifications
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN)
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of current experience as a Registered Nurse in a variety of acute care clinical settings
- Fluent in Portuguese, and / or Spanish preferred
- Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and collaboration skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, Adobe, and electronic database management
- Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) certification, or ability to obtain
- Must maintain a valid passport and have the ability to travel internationally; or able to obtain prior to employment
- Active, unrestrictive Registered Nursing license in the State of Florida
- Proprietary Information and Non-Conflict Agreement required
- Pre-employment drug testing
