Job Summary
Recruit, source, and engage nurses and clinicians through applicant flow, outbound recruiting, referrals, networking, and social media. Build strong clinician relationships and match candidates to client opportunities based on clinical fit, location, and staffing needs. Manage candidate progression from initial contact through onboarding and successful first shift placement while partnering with branch teams on urgent staffing priorities. Maintain accurate documentation in recruiting and scheduling systems and collaborate on onboarding coordination. Discuss schedules, case opportunities, and compensation details with candidates professionally. Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment to reduce candidate drop-off and support branch staffing success.
Required Qualifications
