Job Summary

Source candidates from job boards, social media, and networking; screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to assess qualifications for anesthesia roles. Negotiate contract terms and facilitate amendments while acting as a liaison between clients and candidates to resolve discrepancies. Coordinate interviews, guide candidates through onboarding paperwork, and maintain accurate records while ensuring regulatory compliance. Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and construct detailed reports for leadership. This role supports the full recruitment lifecycle for entry-level clinical positions within the anesthesia specialty.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Previous experience in clinical recruiting
  • Strong knowledge of anesthesia practices, procedures, and terminology
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates and team members
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), databases (CRM) and other recruitment tools
