Job Summary

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for licensed clinicians, including strategic sourcing via LinkedIn and AAPI-focused groups, conducting initial screenings, negotiating pay rates, and scheduling clinical vignette interviews. Coordinate calendars with the internal clinical team, maintain the Jira Provider Recruitment board with real-time updates, and provide regular reports to the Clinical/Ops team on hiring alignment with geographic and clinical gaps. Keep warm leads engaged and act as the company's face to the provider community while driving expansion from 67 to 150 active providers. This role requires a Clinical Psychologist or licensed associate with 2+ years in behavioral health recruiting and an active license in CA, NY, WA, MA, or FL.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of clinical recruiting experience (preferably in a high-growth startup environment)
  • Competent in evidence-based treatments such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy)
  • Possess a vested interest and extensive experience working with diverse populations, regardless of your own cultural identity
  • Comfortable with telehealth technology, reliable internet, and timely documentation of services
  • Willingness to participate in upfront training on the company care model and engage in regular peer consultations
  • Active license as a Clinical Psychologist (PhD/PsyD), LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPCC, or registered as a Psychological Associate, ASW/LMSW, AMFT, AMHC, APCC in CA, NY, WA, MA or FL
  • Willingness to get credentialed with the company health plan and referral partners and accept insurance on a go-forward basis
  • Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
  • Individual NPI number

Desired Qualifications

  • Proven track record in Behavioral Health or HealthTech recruiting
  • Understanding of the AAPI community and/or BIPOC mental health landscape
  • Ability to authentically speak to the company mission and identify providers who share our values
  • Comfortable discussing and negotiating provider compensation while maintaining a positive candidate experience
