Job Summary
Clinical Recruiter (1099 Contractor) leads full-cycle recruitment for Physicians (MD/DO) and Advanced Practice Providers (NP/PA) across all 50 states. Source active and passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and medical job boards, conduct initial screenings for clinical humility and care-model alignment, partner with clinical operations to align hiring velocity with program launches, and manage end-to-end recruitment including postings, scheduling, and offers. Maintain an organized ATS pipeline with rapid follow-up, build relationships with clinical networks, and deliver a high-touch, mission-driven candidate experience. Remote, US-based role with approximately 30 hours/week for a 3-month initial contract, with potential for extension. Requires 3+ years of MD/DO/NP/PA recruiting, strong credentialing knowledge, excellent communication, independent work in a remote startup environment, and proficiency with recruiting software and ATS; compensation: $35–$45/hour.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience recruiting Physicians (MD/DO) and Advanced Practice Providers (NP/PA)
- Existing network of clinical providers, ideally in value-based care or community health settings
- Strong understanding of clinical roles, licensing, and the healthcare industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuasively pitch a mission-driven role to high-demand clinicians
- Ability to operate independently in a remote, fast-paced, startup environment
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, modern ATS platforms, Slack, and Google Suite
