Job Summary
Implement and maintain a vision for quality clinical outcomes by collaborating with leadership teams and reviewing charts to support quality improvement strategies. Establish short- and long-term goals with Quality Leads that align with ProMedica's strategic plan while monitoring trends in clinical data. This full-time, 40-hour day role requires an RN with at least two years of acute hospital nursing and quality management experience.

- Minimum 2 years' experience in acute hospital nursing
- 2 years acute care quality management
- Current RN License in Michigan and Ohio
