Clinical Quality Specialist II - Quality Assurance - Bayfront Hospital

Coordinate and support quality and safety activities and process improvement assigned by the Chief Quality Officer or administrative designee. Facilitate activities toward board quality goals by developing strategies, improvement plans, and presentations consistent with board quality and safety objectives. Collaborate with leadership, clinical leaders, and staff to plan and support a robust quality and safety program, while working in cooperation with risk management, infection prevention, regulatory, data analytics, education, and operational effectiveness teams. Establish and maintain open relationships with physicians, nurses, and allied leaders to identify practice opportunities for improvement. Participate in interdisciplinary teams, develop policies and procedures, and implement new technologies that enhance quality and patient safety initiatives. Requires a Bachelor's degree, Florida licensure for RN/Respiratory Therapy/Pharmacy, and five years of acute care experience.
