Job Summary
Develop, implement, and maintain the corporate quality improvement (QI) / quality assurance (QA) program to improve patient health outcomes. Collaborate with clinical staff to optimize clinical workflows, monitor quality dashboards and trends, and communicate data to clinical and operations teams. Lead initiatives to improve clinical quality metrics, evaluate patient grievances for workflow and safety improvements, and partner with Risk, Compliance, and Training teams on risk mitigation and educational materials. Supervise a small team and support Operations in carrying out process improvements. Travel may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in public health, healthcare administration, or related field preferred
- Certifications in CPHQ, CPHRM, Six Sigma, or related discipline preferred
- Minimum of three years’ experience in health care and quality improvement preferred
- EHR super user
- Analytical and systems thinking with the ability to interpret and share data with the result of quality metric improvement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
