Job Summary
Clinical Quality Manager responsible for overseeing quality of clinical practices and Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with organizational goals. Develop and maintain quality assurance programs for clinics/ASCs, track clinical quality indicators and performance metrics, oversee MIPS data collection and reporting to CMS, ensure adherence to CMS, Joint Commission, and AAAHC standards, conduct audits to identify gaps and implement corrective actions, educate clinical teams on quality standards, and prepare reports for executive leadership. Collaborate with CMO/CCO to align quality initiatives with strategy and compliance objectives and support patient safety and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- 7+ years of healthcare quality management experience
- Strong knowledge of CMS quality programs and regulatory requirements
- Experience with MIPS data collection, reporting, and submission
- Ability to lead quality improvement projects and cross-functional teams
- CPHQ (Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality) or CHC (or similar) certification a plus
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
