Job Summary
Remote Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator focused on QA review of peer review reports and related communications. Responsibilities include ensuring evidence-based rationales are provided, verifying client instructions and state/federal mandates compliance, ensuring proper clinical citations on reports, validating board specialty review, confirming lack of reviewer conflicts of interest, maintaining report quality and professional presentation, resolving customer quality issues, and supporting management with consultant quality and policy adherence. Role requires active RN or LPN license, nursing program graduation or related medical experience, and a minimum of two years clinical experience. Strong medical knowledge, typing speed (40 WPM), and proficiency with Word/Excel/Outlook are essential. Works 100% remotely with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional weekends; includes responsibilities for educational/training activities and other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN nursing license
- graduate of accredited nursing program or related medical experience
- minimum two years clinical or related field experience
- strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, medications and laboratory values
- ability to compute rates and percentages
- must be a qualified typist (40 WPM)
- proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel
- excellent English communication skills
- ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
Desired Qualifications
