Job Summary
Senior management role to oversee Quality & Risk across Peninsula Private Hospital. Manage the accreditation program and lead clinical & non-clinical risk management, with responsibility for clinical indicators, incident investigation, audits, and the development and review of policies and procedures. Collaborates with committees, department managers and staff to implement organisational quality and risk plans, and works with the Director of Clinical Services and CEO. Requires knowledge of NSQHS accreditation standards and demonstrated ability to lead quality, safety and governance initiatives; APHRA registration and a nursing/allied health background are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Current APHRA registration
- Nursing or allied health background would be highly regarded
- Experience in incident management & investigation
- Experience in risk assessment and development of risk reduction strategies
