Job Summary
Monitor clinical performance data to identify trends and drive quality improvement initiatives while ensuring practices comply with regulatory standards across operating markets. Develop continuous learning curricula based on audit findings and emerging evidence, then establish systems for regular clinical audits and case reviews to uphold care delivery standards. Serve as the primary relationship holder for the provider network, addressing concerns, gathering input, and executing initiatives that strengthen provider connection and retention. Work cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, Solutions, Product, and RnD to integrate quality insights into platform development and provider-facing strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Registered or licensed mental health professional (clinical psychologist, counselling psychologist, or counsellor) with an active credential from a recognised professional body.
- Master's degree in clinical psychology, counselling psychology, counselling, or a closely related mental health discipline.
- At least 5 years of clinical practice experience.
- Demonstrated experience in supervisory, quality assurance, or clinical leadership roles with responsibility for the performance and development of other practitioners.
