Clinical Psychometrist

Job Summary
Clinical Psychometrist administers, scores, and documents psychological and neuropsychological assessments using paper-pencil and computer-based formats, delivers individual and group cognitive remediation sessions for patients with cognitive impairments, coordinates clinical services, manages documentation and data reporting, supports insurance authorization processes, and collaborates with clinicians and staff to ensure timely, high-quality care. The role may involve training psychometrists under supervision of a licensed psychologist and can function in both clinical and administrative capacities. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are essential; bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are preferred. Utilizes electronic medical records and adheres to regulatory guidelines and ethics. Other duties as needed within the scope of the role.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Neuroscience, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Prior experience in psychological and neuropsychological test administration and scoring required.
- Experience in cognitive remediation or similar therapeutic interventions strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and clinical documentation standards.
- Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Bilingual candidates strongly preferred (specifically Spanish-speaking).
