Job Summary
Licensed or license-eligible psychologists to provide evidence-based outpatient care with a hybrid telehealth/office model. Offer services to adults and/or children/adolescents addressing trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, chronic stress, impulse-control issues, grief/loss, and adjustment-related challenges. Position supports supervision of interns and postdoctoral fellows, group therapy, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team. Offices across numerous MA locations with a strong emphasis on scheduling autonomy, comprehensive benefits, malpractice coverage, and professional development. Compensation estimated at $115k-$147k with full benefits and sign-on bonus; EMR system and credentialing support provided. Able to start before licensure is obtained; lifeStance Health provides an APA-approved continuing education framework and nationwide clinical facilities, including telemedicine offerings.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed or license-eligible psychologist (EdD/PsyD/PhD)
- Ability to supervise interns and postdoctoral fellows
- Evidence-based treatment interventions for adults and/or children/adolescents
- Hybrid work arrangement including telehealth from home and office locations
