Job Summary
Administer, score, interpret, and write formal integrated psychological evaluations for students aged 5-22. Determine eligibility for special education services and present outcomes in Planning and Placement Team meetings. Provide clinical services including individual therapy, family counseling, and parent education while engaging in crisis intervention and classroom consultation. Create individualized behavior plans based on real-time observations within the school milieu. Work Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM in-office.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate in Psychology
- Minimum of one year of supervised experience in a treatment setting for children and adolescents
- Demonstrated proficiency in various assessment instruments, including cognitive assessments, projective measures, behavior rating scales, and adaptive rating scales
Desired Qualifications
- Licensed by State of Connecticut Department of Public Health preferred
