Job Summary
Provide in-person individual and group psychotherapy to geriatric residents in subacute and skilled nursing facilities across NJ, NY, PA, and MD. Conduct assessments, diagnose and treat emotional and behavioral health conditions (e.g., depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, cognitive decline), develop evidence-based treatment plans, and collaborate with facility staff and families. Maintain clinical documentation in an EHR system, monitor patient progress, and adjust plans as needed. Full-time or part-time positions available with a sign-on bonus for full-time; 32- to 40-hour weeks; comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k), malpractice insurance, PTO/holidays, and professional development opportunities. Located in Brooklyn, NY and statewide facilities in NY, NJ, PA, and MD. Required Qualifications
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy. D.) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution
- Active and unrestricted license to practice as a Psychologist in the state applying for
- Effective English communication
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR)
- Ability to provide in-person services at assigned facilities (up to 45 minutes)
- Strong organizational and documentation skills with regulatory compliance
