Job Summary
Provide individual and group psychotherapy to geriatric patients in subacute or skilled nursing facilities. Diagnose and treat emotional and behavioral health conditions, including depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, and cognitive decline. Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient, and collaborate with facility staff, interdisciplinary teams, and family members to support patient care. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in an EHR, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed. In-person services at assigned facilities with a focus on patient care and outcomes; no admin tasks required. Requires doctoral degree in clinical psychology and active licensure; opportunities include part-time or full-time roles with competitive compensation and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy. D.) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution
- Active and unrestricted license to practice as a Psychologist in the state applying for
- Effective oral and written communication in English
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR)
- Ability to provide in-person services at assigned facilities, up to 45 minutes
