Job Summary
Clinical Psychologist in-person psychotherapy role servicing geriatric populations in subacute and skilled nursing facilities across NJ, NY, PA, and MD. Offers customizable full-time or part-time schedules with 32/40-hour equivalents, salary $80,000-$125,000 with uncapped fee-for-service bonus, up to $8,000 sign-on for full-time, comprehensive benefits including health plans, 401(k) with company match, malpractice insurance, PTO/holidays, and CEU reimbursement. Responsibilities include conducting individual and group psychotherapy, diagnosing and treating emotional/behavioral conditions (e.g., depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, cognitive decline), developing tailored treatment plans, collaborating with facility staff and families, maintaining regulatory-compliant documentation in an EHR, monitoring progress, and adjusting plans as needed. Requires doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, active unrestricted license, in-person service delivery at facilities, and compliance with vaccination requirements where applicable. SCT supports clinicians with administrative duties (billing, credentialing, pre-certifications) and offers mentorship and growth resources.
Required Qualifications
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy. D.) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution
- Active and unrestricted license to practice as a Psychologist in the state applying for
- English communication proficiency
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
- Ability to provide in-person services at assigned facilities, up to 45 minutes
